The system tool option under accessories provides a set of tool for the computer system management. It includes disk defragmenter, disk clean up, backup, scheduling.
Disk Defragmenter
It consolidates fragmented files and folders on our computer hard disk so that each file occupies a single, contiguous space on the volume. As a result our system can gain access to our files and folders and save new ones more efficiently the volume’s free space, make it less likely that new file will be fragmented.
Disk clean up
We can use disk clean up to free up space on our hard disk by removing the temporary files, installed component and programs.
Task scheduler task
Scheduler enables us to regulate task to run regularly. It start each time, we start window and run in the background.
