How will you set the schedule for a printer?

There are following steps to set the schedule for a printer:

a) Log on window NT work station as an account with administrative permission on that work station.

b) Open the printer folder by going to the start button, setting and printers.

c) Right click my printer and choose the properties from contest menu.

d) Click the scheduling tab and set the printer to be available from 6 pm to 5 am.

e) Set the priority to 50.

f) For the spool setting, select to print spooled document first.

g) Close the property for my computer.
